I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during my trip. They helped me retrieve a lost item from an overland bus and even organized a taxi for me to the airport. The hotel is very clean and has great facilities, including a rooftop bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a variety of Asian and Western dishes and fresh fruits and vegetables were also available. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to many sights and places to eat and drink.

The Sanctuary Hotel Yangon offers incredible quality rooms at a great price. The spacious and new rooms are a delight. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had, with a variety of Asian and Western options and fresh fruit and vegetables. The perfect location and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable.

Liked the hotel's location as it allowed me to conveniently explore the city's attractions. Breakfast was generous and offered a great variety of dishes. the hotel staff was helpful in recommending local massage therapists.

Disliked the frequent housekeeping visits, it was disturbing especially at night. the thin walls allowed for unwanted noise to be heard, which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Our group of friends had an exceptional stay in a hotel that was clean, new, and had a perfect location. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even helped retrieve a lost item. the breakfast was fantastic, with a range of handmade jams and delicious options. the rooftop bar provided a lovely spot for drinks and a view. We loved being right in the heart of the city, with landmarks and shopping malls within walking distance. the spacious rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and modern with plenty of amenities.

Although the accommodation was exceptional, we missed having a small gym to keep up with our fitness routine.

The buffet breakfast had a great range of dishes, both Western and Asian options with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff were friendly and helpful when recommending massage therapists, and the curries at the rooftop restaurant were outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of some great sights.

The housekeeping was intrusive and disruptive to privacy, with staff knocking on doors at inconvenient times. The TV was difficult to operate and the rooftop bar was closed during certain evenings.
